Man, this was one hell of a week. Can you imagine? I wasn't at home for the entirety of yesterday, and had an exam stuck right at the end of the day. Not to mention that terribly mild headache that although not an actual nuisance, can be quite a distraction when studying for my exam, today. Oh gosh, I'm kinda worried about my results here, damn, should have studied earlier. So anyways, the Mangas of this week.
Naruto 525
I expected the kages to appear in this war, this arc, but I never expected to appear all at once. So anyway, former Tsuchekage, Mizukage, Raikage and Kazekage have gathered, and it would seem that they alone will take on Gaara's division. I wonder if there is only one kage each, minus hokage, or if there will be more kages coming. Shikamaru's dad, Shikaku has proposed a strategy in dealing with the two enemy units, the ones attacking Gaara and the ones attacking Darui's team. Upon accepted by the council, the orders are issued. The current Tsuchekage, Onoki, will move out to face his master Muu in a battle of the Bloodline Expansion, currently only available to the two. Not much is known about the Bloodline Expansion, except that it seems to be the fusion of three different elements.
Gaara facing off with his dad seems to be inevitable. Dan vs Tsunade might happened. I am also interested in knowing who the hack the two guys with the massive chakras and a tinge of nine-tails are. Former hosts? Or test subjects?
Bleach 434
Apparently Ichigo had been gone for two days before he got back to his house. Both his sister were worried about him and blah blah blah. I don't get that first part. After that, he goes back to the place of the Fullbringers or Xcution or whatever they are called. His training begins and that basically sums up this chapter. He enters a doll house to begin training. The doll house belongs to Riruka who uses her Fullbring abilities to turn Ichigo small and sent him to battle a teddy bear. Apparently, he needs to learn Fullbring as well, or something like that.
I'm still half wondering why Kubo didn't end Bleach when it did. He should have just ended it and make the current stories into a new manga. That way, I wouldn't feel bad when I don't read it. Nothing since the time skip interested me. Except maybe Ichigo's boss and how Karin and Yuzu grew up. But other than that no. Will, that time when Ginjo lied to Ichigo about knowing about Isshin, that one interested me. Until it was revealed to be a lie. Hack....
One Piece 612
That bogman that was sealed in a barrel has been foolishly released by 3 mermaids. He then proceeds to swallow them whole, most probably as safe keeping to be sold when he return to be surface. The Straw Hats are made the main suspect by the other mermaids at the cafe, where the three Princes and Shirley seems to be hanging around. Shirley is questioned about her visions and the three Princes declares that they will "deal' with the Straw Hats.
Meanwhile, the Straw Hats (minus Zoro(who is at the castle), Robin and Franky(who had been with Nami before)) arrive at the Palace. They are invited to a banquet as a gesture of thanks for saving the princess's pet shark from the Kraken. And I thought it had something to do with Jimbei...hmm. The King is lectured by the minister and Luffy wonders off and discover the mermaid princess, who judging by size, can quite possibly a whale mermaid. Haha.
